Graham has over thirty years experience within the fitness industry as both a personal fitness trainer, teacher, competing in, and practising the martial arts.

I began my martial arts career with Kyoshi David Passmore Founder of Budokan UK, at a school hall in Northolt Middlesex in 1972. We practised Karate and Aikido, later Shihan David introduced Iaido and the practise of Zazen meditation for those who wished to practise. Since 1972 I have been a member of Budokan UK , until the association split several years ago, at which time I decided to form my own association (Ni Kawa Kai™).

Over the years I found myself training and learning from many different Sensei adding to my martial arts skills, gaining recognition along the way. I have had the privilege to meet and train with some very skilful Japanese and European masters who I would like to thank for their time and dedication to the martial arts.
