Ni Kawa Kai

This Months Technique :- (Shorin Ryu) As we have been discussing the application of kata, here is a short video showing some examples of the application of techniques from the series of pinan kata. These are pre-determind partner practice techniques called Hoki Kumite . They were designed for the student to experience the application of karate technique by Master Mabuni.

These are introduced as part of the Ni Kawa Kai Sashin Ryu Shorin ryu Yokosoku Kumite programme.
